Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Factory Manager to support the day to day operation of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will help supervise staff, coordinate production activities, maintain workplace safety , and assists with equipment and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Assist in Factory Manager with daily production and factory operations Supervise and support factory employees Organize workloads, schedules and production priorities. Monitor product quality and production priorities Follow and enforce workplace health and safety procedures Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on 12 volt DC electrical systems Carry out aluminum welding, repairs, fabrication, and general workshop duties Maintain tools, machinery, and work areas Help train new employees and promote
TEAM REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in factory, workshop, manufacturing, or supervisory work Experience working with 12VDC electrical systems Practical Aluminum welding and metal fabrication experience Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and use workshop tools Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Good problem solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant trade qualifications Valid drivers license Forklift license is an advantage
Pay:
$49,020.33 - $59,035.23 per year
