THE WORK
Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications Experience in manufacturing & electronics testing Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Experience working with cross functional groups. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Desired Skills 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
