Full Job Description Position Description:
Lead with purpose in a role that supports health, safety, and nourishment. We are seeking a Food Service Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nutrition and food service program. This role ensures individuals served and staff receive safe, nutritious meals in a clean, compliant, and well-organized environment. If you bring food service leadership experience, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and enjoy developing teams, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Supervise food service staff to ensure menus and special diets are followed accurately and consistently- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, including proper storage, temperature logs, and daily cleaning practices
- Enforce a clean-as-you-go culture and maintain inspection readiness at all times
- Complete weekly sanitation audits and report findings to leadership
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product rotation to ensure kitchen readiness and efficiency
- Oversee completion of daily checklists and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide training, coaching, and support to food service staff, including participation in in-services
- Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures, health department regulations, and infection control standards
- Promote a safe, respectful environment that is sensitive to cultural and individual needs of those served What We're Looking For Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience
- Two (2) years of food production supervisory experience (required) Licenses / Certifications
