Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 for the Pinellas F-16 Canopy Assembly team What You Will Be Doing As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of approximately 20 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations.
- Motivate improvement, drive corrective actions, identify risk‑mitigation actions, and solve complex problems across the F-16 Canopy program.
- Embrace Full Spectrum Leadership to develop, support, and empower teams, encouraging ownership throughout the organization.
- Cultivate program performance on quality, cost, and schedule metrics.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution of assembly work.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost).
- Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI) ## Desired Skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems
- Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.
- Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$72500.00- $134600.
