PLATING/Electroplating Production Supervisor Direct Hire | 70-75k annually | Pinellas County, FL. (Must have prior experience in Electroplating Industry!) Seeking an experienced Plating Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced plating/manufacturing environment. This role oversees workflow, staffing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement to ensure production goals are met.
Oversee production schedules, workflow, staffing, and daily priorities.
Lead, train, and motivate production employees to meet quality and productivity goals.
Resolve production issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 5-10 years of related manufacturing experience required, including at least 2 years of management experience. CEF certification preferred. Must have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read blueprints, understand plating processes, and work safely in a plant environment.
