The Impact You'll Make You will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. By leading teams on the production floor, you help ensure our products meet high quality standards and reach customers on time. This role is highly visible and hands-on. Your leadership directly shapes daily performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the operation. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Coach and develop operators and team leaders through training, feedback, and performance support. Drive root-cause problem solving to remove obstacles and improve processes on the production floor. Build flexible, high-performing teams through smart work assignments and cross-training. Promote a clean, safe, and organized workplace, supporting 5S and continuous improvement efforts. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of production, safety, and quality expectations in an industrial setting. Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and handle day-to-day people decisions.
