What You'll Do:
You will oversee daily production operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This includes supervising workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
Shift :
8:00am-5:00pm
Flexibility :
Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.
Your Impact:
Your leadership will drive operational excellence, improve throughput, and maintain high-quality standards that directly influence customer satisfaction. By optimizing processes and fostering a strong team culture, you will help reduce costs, increase efficiency, and support the company's long-term growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production activities and monitor workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards. Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance. Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities. Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production environment. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support accurate and timely job completion.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field. OSHA 10 certification required; Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred
Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment. 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Your Skills:
Strong leadership and team development abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and scheduling. Knowledge of Pace or similar production/order management systems. Expertise in workflow planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to enforce safety and quality standards consistently.
