Job Description A partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Production Unit Supervisor to their team. The Production Unit Supervisor is responsible for the safe, consistent daily operation of the production following required quality standards. Directs and coordinates activities of associates to achieve daily manufacturing objectives and maximize operational efficiency and profits. Responds to production issues by pursuing and implementing solutions. Support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the client. •  1+ year of experience in a supervisory/team lead role.
•  Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage.
•  Effective supervisory skills.
•  Efficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills.

•  Solid people skills with a positive attitude and ability to treat all team members respectfully.
