What We're Looking For:

5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment Bachelor's degree (can be waived with 10+ years of relevant experience) Strong understanding of safety practices and 5S principles Ability to enforce company policies and ensure team compliance Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with materials and logistics teams What You'll Do as a

Team Leader:
