Foreman/Supervisor Posted on September 14, 2026 September 14, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a motivated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate work activities, and lead a team to achieve production, safety, and quality objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high performance standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. Position Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise and lead daily activities of production or operations personnel. Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to team members. Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused workplace culture. Operations Management Coordinate daily workflows to ensure production schedules and operational goals are met. Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency. Address operational issues and resolve challenges in a timely manner. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct routine safety inspections and reinforce safe work practices. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions as needed. Quality Assurance Monitor work quality to ensure products and services meet company standards. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. Collaborate with quality and operations teams to resolve production issues. Communication & Reporting Maintain accurate production and performance records. Communicate operational updates and performance metrics to management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations. Prerequisites Previous supervisory or foreman experience in a manufacturing, construction, industrial, or operations environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and operational best practices. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications is preferred. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or technical training is a plus. OSHA Safety Certification. First Aid/CPR certification. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement training is a plus. What the
