Job Description
We are seeking an experienced person (3+ years) to run floor production with 5-10 men. Must be able to hold others accountable for accuracy and meeting production times. We have lasers, mills, tube benders, lathe, shears, press brakes and band saws in our machine shop, we have a welding floor, wet paint and powder coated paint facilities. Must have experience with some of this type of equipment. Would need knowledge of setting up and running production with some of the processes listed above. Must have excellent work ethics, team mentality and ability to hold others accountable for quality and productivity. Must be dependable and able to work a minimum of 45-50 hour weeks. We are
