Dyeing Supervisor / Off Shift

Are you a shade-matching expert with a knack for leadership? We are seeking a dynamic, proactive leader to join our fast-paced production team. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of specialized experience in dyeing and shade matching, with a proven track record in department management. This role requires a collaborative professional who can seamlessly interface with both shift teams and upper management to ensure precision and efficiency.

salary:

$50,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 7 PM - 7

AMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Supervise and manage team members Match shades for Skein becks, carpet becks and Belmont line Schedule dy orders to becks and space dye (Giving formulas to dye weigher and load sheet to operator) Ensure metering orders have correct cone count and correct weights Employee time and attendance tracking Safety meetings at the start of shift Keep up with dye and chemicals used Give Clear Instructions The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsOperationsSupervisingManagingQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
