Safety Coordinator

Overview We are hiring a Safety Coordinator to lead

DOT/FMCSA

compliance, driver safety programs, and accident prevention across our growing transportation operation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving safety performance, reducing risk, and driving accountability. What You'll Do Lead all DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA compliance initiatives Manage driver training, onboarding, and ongoing safety education Monitor and improve CSA scores and driver safety performance Conduct safety meetings and audits (weekly/monthly/quarterly) Oversee accident investigations and corrective actions Partner with Operations, HR, and Maintenance to ensure full compliance Coach drivers and enforce company safety policies What We're Looking For 4+ years in transportation/logistics safety Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations CDL preferred Proven leadership and driver coaching experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills
