What You'll Get to Do The Production Lead is focused on leading and training manufacturing personnel in a manner consistent with the Company's policies and procedures. This role supports the department supervisor in the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) to efficiently, safely and effectively achieve performance targets. In addition, implementing and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Machine Operator Lead will report to the Production Supervisor. This role is perfect for an individual who has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), strong work ethic/reliability and a great communicator. A vital member of the Operations Team , this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
Coordinate production workflow. Ensure Quality/Safety documents and Process Verifications are completed daily. Ensure all production schedules are completed at the end of the shift and company standards are met. Verify that all personnel, prior to shift start, are wearing the correct safety equipment and safety awareness is maintained throughout the shift. Report all safety and quality deficiencies to the supervisor. What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
