Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing team
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor and improve production processes to optimize efficiency
• Train and mentor manufacturing staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process

• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

• Bi-lingual preferred
