Job Description
Production Supervisor Injection Mold Supervises and coordinates injection molding processes including machine set-ups and operations Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to give direction and lead others; to take action as necessary in line with company procedures and guidelines Manage direct and Indirect associates, equipment, and materials to achieve the highest level of quality and productivity at minimum cost Ensure that all products are manufactured to process standards, including cycle times, quality standards, packaging requirements. Develop team members and culture Responsible for daily shift reporting and documentation Control efficiency, utilization, and effectiveness of the labor within departments Ability to use problem solving skills and engage in problem solving activities Capable of training operators in the relevant systems and procedures Excellent attendance and the ability to work overtime Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to consult and coordinate with the management team, communicating all necessary information Maintain and improve 5s on production floor Detail oriented and self-motivated with desire to succeed 5 or more years of supervisory experience
