Position Summary The General Assembly Production Group Leader is responsible for leading and supervising frontline manufacturing teams in a fast-paced automotive production environment. This role drives daily production performance while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. The successful candidate will lead Team Leaders and Team Members, coordinate production activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in achieving operational goals, developing team capability, and maintaining a strong culture of safety and accountability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume manufacturing environments and is passionate about driving performance, developing people, and improving processes. $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
