About the Team

The Production Supervisor is responsible for training and directing hourly employees in a safe productive manner, ensuring quality products are produced, and delivery of product to the customer on time. Maintains planned productivity levels and meets operational and quality targets. What you can look forward to as

Production Supervisor:

Maintain a safety-first culture by upholding housekeeping standards, enforcing safety policies, reporting injuries, and resolving safety concerns promptly.

Monitor production workflow, equipment, personnel, and resources to maintain productivity, quality, and on-time delivery targets.

Schedule and assign work, establish priorities, track progress, adjust plans, resolve issues, and report shift production results.

Lead, motivate, train, and direct hourly employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.

Partner with other departments to address material flow, equipment, and process-control issues.

Monitor, evaluate, document, and address employee performance, including feedback, attendance, timecards, and annual review processes.

Resolve employee relations and personnel issues consistently and fairly while enforcing company policies and procedures.

Support compliance with work procedures, housekeeping, total preventative maintenance requirements, escalation processes, and Lean initiatives. Your Profile as

Production Supervisor:

High School Diploma / GED required. Associate's degree preferred.

2 to 4 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive) with 1 to 2 years of supervisor or leadership role.

English language competency required.

Strong leadership qualities - including coaching, communication, self-directed, process improvement, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Blueprint reading preferred.

Working knowledge of CNC and/or assembly operations preferred.

Experience with

TS16949 & ISO14001
