Greensboro, Georgia
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure safety goals are met for the shift and assists in meeting the facility goals. Manage and supervise the associates assigned to shift. Includes Manual Packers, Auto Packers, Production Hoppers, Packaging Hoppers, Utility Specialists, Troubleshooters and Leads, Mold Set-Up, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Electrical. Develop work practices that will improve and reduce costs Promote change through strong communication, team building and leadership. Assist in helping achieve continuous improvement goals of the company.
EXPERIENCE
Manufacturing and Plastics Processing knowledge Supervisory Experience
EDUCATION
High School Education Required 4-Year Degree Preferred
TRAINING AND SKILLS
Strong team building skills Computer skills Injection molding experience desired Must be able to prioritize tasks Have strong safety awareness. Attention to Detail Customer Focus Listening Problem Solving Teamwork/Cooperation Safety Awareness Organization Self-Motivated Interpersonal Communication
GB1 PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
Candidates must also have the ability to work in all possible environmental conditions. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
