Quanex is looking for a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join us in Jackson, GA . The primary focus of the Production Supervisor is to manage and coordinate operations to meet customer requirements. Knowledge and understanding of every production position is required. This position directly supervises hourly production associates. 2 nd

Growth Potential Team-Oriented Environment What Success Looks Like:
Manage, coordinate, and execute production schedule. Ensure compliance to company safety rules and company policies. Identify and address safety issues. Accident investigation and documentation. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Ensures staff is properly trained. Continuously look for improvements and elimination of all waste. Address quality issues, ensure product meets quality standards through the manufacturing process. Must understand 5s system and be able to train others in this area. Identify quality and production issues with suggestions for resolution.
Your Credentials:
5 -7 years of manufacturing and at least 3 years of supervisory experience Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
