Job Description

Operations Manager — Painting & Exterior Renovation Metro Atlanta / Lawrenceville, GA Strong Base + Performance Bonus + Vehicle/Allowance + Benefits If you're currently running projects, crews, and PMs for a painting, exterior renovation, or specialty contractor — and you're ready to take over an entire operation — this is worth a conversation. Our client is a well established top Painting & Exterior Renovation General Contractor looking for a proven Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead production across 40-50 active projects throughout Metro Atlanta. You will oversee 6-7 Project Managers , control the master schedule, drive crew capacity, protect margins, enforce quality, and keep production moving. This is not a working PM role . You're not being hired to personally run jobs. You're being hired to run the people who run the jobs .
We want someone who has:
7+ years in painting, exterior renovation, or specialty contracting 3+ years leading PMs, supers, or field teams Managed 30+ projects at one time HOA, multifamily, condo, or townhome renovation experience Strong knowledge of painting, carpentry, siding, EIFS/stucco, gutters, masonry, fencing, decks, and structural repair Experience with plans, permitting, inspections, scheduling, and job-cost control A strong network of subcontractor crews is a huge plus English/Spanish bilingual ability is highly desirable You'll own production, scheduling, PM accountability, subcontractor recruiting, crew utilization, quality control, margins, KPIs, permitting, and field problem-solving .
Compensation includes:
competitive base salary ranging from $110,000-$135,000 performance bonus ranging from $20,000 to $35,000 paid quarterly, company vehicle or allowance, fuel card, phone/technology, health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a real path to greater operational leadership. Total Comp first year up to $175,000. If you know how to build crews, develop PMs, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase production capacity , this could be a major step up.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
