Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

This position is in Marietta, GA à Discover Marietta. This position is for second shift Monday-Thursday Basic Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, reapir, and/or overhaul operations. Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resove complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects. Desired Skills Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily. Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso). Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience. Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels. Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools. Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds. Able and willing to work other than first shift.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$72500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
