3INDK061026 Metal fabrication shop in Norcross is hiring a Welding / Fabrication Shop Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Pay is $60,000 to $70,000 per year with excellent benefits! Monday through Friday day shift. This is a hands-on supervisor role. You'll spend time welding and fabricating, as well as leading a small crew of welders and fabricators. You'll assign daily work, keep jobs on schedule, check quality, and make sure the shop stays safe, clean, and productive. We're looking for 5 or more years of metal fabrication and welding experience, strong MIG welding skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to read prints and shop drawings.
