This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production employees on night shift Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards Monitor extrusion processes and direct line/process adjustments Ensure accurate inspections, documentation, and reporting Train, coach, motivate, and discipline employees as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area Conduct shift handoffs and communicate issues to management Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience (required) Plastic extrusion experience (fiber, preferably polypropylene or similar spin product) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in hot or cold manufacturing environments Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ISO experience (9001, 14001, 16949) and OSHA knowledge a plus Schedule
