Role Safety Leadership:

Champion safety standards, policies, and practices, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.

Quality Oversight:

Ensure manufacturing meets product specifications and customer expectations while maximizing output.

Motivate and guide production and maintenance staff to achieve targets and address challenges professionally.

Operational Management:

Supervise shift activities, manage budgets, control inventory, and oversee compliance with site protocols.

What You Offer Leadership:

Proven ability to lead teams and foster open, respectful communication.

Expertise:

Minimum 3-5 years in sawmill, planer, or heavy industrial settings; 1-2 years supervisory experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office); knowledge of lumber manufacturing and grading is an asset.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities; able to perform under pressure and across shifts.
