Kellanova is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily plant operations in our manufacturing environment. You will oversee frontline production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting cost and delivery goals. In this role, you'll manage schedules and KPIs, drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, and partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain. You'll coach and develop team members, champion an inclusive culture, and support new product and process launches across our iconic global snack and breakfast brands. Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets Supervise and develop frontline production teams through coaching and performance management Drive continuous improvement, Lean, and 5 S initiatives across lines and shifts Monitor KPIs and production schedules, adjusting resources to meet demand Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards Partner with maintenance, quality, planning, and supply chain to resolve issues Support implementation of new products, processes, and equipment Champion Kellanova culture, inclusion, and employee engagement on the floor Required Skills Production planning and scheduling Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement5 S and root cause problem solving People leadership and team supervision KPI tracking and operational reporting Safety and food safety compliance ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP) Quality systems and GMPs Performance management and coaching Data-driven decision making
