We proudly manufacture and install most of our own stone, ensuring quality and craftsmanship from start to finish. As we continue to grow, we've expanded into wholesale, now manufacturing and sandblasting for retailers throughout South Georgia and North Florida.
Position Overview Location:
Waycross, GA We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Foreman to lead our monument manufacturing team. If you're currently a #2 without a clear path forward—or if you're ready for a new start in a leadership role—this may be your moment. Our previous Foreman came to us from Barre, VT and made Bailey Monument and South Georgia his home for more than 35 years. We're ready to find our next long-term leader. Your Role You'll manage daily operations within our production facility and oversee work at job sites, equipment and vehicles as needed. From quality control to team supervision, hiring, firing and customer coordination. Your leadership will directly shape our craftsmanship and reputation. - Manage and supervise the 6-10 employees in the plant Coordinate and schedule tasks to meet project deadlines Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
