Oversee hourly production employees performing fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and related manufacturing operations. Job Requirements Supervisory experience overseeing hourly employees in a manufacturing environment Experience supervising the production of manufactured products Experience managing employees using hand tools and production equipment Experience overseeing operations involving grinders, CNC equipment, welders, and assembly processes Experience handling production schedules and required paperwork Experience managing employee disciplinary actions and terminations Preferred Skills Experience in fabrication or industrial production environments Experience with shop floor scheduling and workflow coordination Experience supervising multiple manufacturing functions within the same operation Job Responsibilities Supervise hourly employees involved in manufacturing and production operations Oversee daily work involving grinders, CNC equipment, welders, assembly tools, and related equipment Manage production schedules and staffing coverage Complete required production and personnel paperwork Handle disciplinary actions and terminations as needed Support safe and efficient completion of manufacturing output goals
