The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with overtime based upon departmental needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a leadership role Outstanding communication skills Commitment to continuous improvement Successful work history Strong work ethic.
Preferred by not required:
Experience or knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 and familiarity with electrical component assembly as well as materials such as plastics.
Educational requirements:
Degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience.

Responsibilities:
Prioritize scheduled work orders for the department and maintains the capacity to meet production requirements, ensuring customers are delighted with the service received Lead, coach, and develop employees to enhance their skills and abilities Continuously improve all operations Be an expert on all machinery used within the department Work alongside the team to ensure safety, quality, and lead time requirements are met Write and update training material for new equipment and train others in the proper use of the equipment and its operation.
