Shift Supervisor Pay:

DOE Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, this position is for you! A local manufacturing company in Sheldon, IA is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead production employees and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Supervise production employees and help maintain production goals Monitor product quality and oversee mold changes Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures Communicate with management and other shift supervisors Assist with production tasks as needed Complete production paperwork and report maintenance concerns Help train new employees

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or leadership experience Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift Ability to work around heat, noise, machinery, and forklift traffic
