Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Production Supervisor
  • 2nd Shift (6:00PM
  • 6:00AM) to lead our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and coordinate team efforts to optimize efficiency. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative environment that promotes high performance and accountability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Self-starter with a good attitude, abides by all Brava's Safety & Quality policies and procedures. Reviews previous shift's progress and ensures a smooth transition shift-to-shift. Responsible for shift staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping of production employees. Responsible for understanding/achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets as defined. Responsible for ensuring timely updates of SQDC boards ability to speak to them in daily Gemba Walks. Ensures on time completion of orders working closely with scheduling to attain shipping metrics. Responsible for adherence to SOPs by all team members. Identifies issues in safety, efficiency, quality and suggests ideas for sustainable improvements. Assists in onboarding and training new hires. Answer employees' questions and provide education as needed. Helps in problem solving efforts in tandem with Lead and Process Techs. Management of teams time and attendance within Paycom. Qualifications Must be proficient in English and Spanish. Proven supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lead a team effectively, motivate staff, and communicate clearly across shifts. Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and OSHA regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Requirements:
Must be able to reach, stretch, bend, kneel, and during daily routine, with the ability to stand and walk for long lengths of time. Ability to lift, push and pull objects weighing over 50 pounds.
Pay:
$70,000.00
  • $85,000.
