Working closely with the Systems Engineer, this role coordinates installation crews, oversees project execution, and ensures audio, video, lighting, and IT infrastructure is installed safely, efficiently, and to Hope's standards. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and thrives in construction and technical installation environments. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Field Coordination Lead installation projects across Hope campuses. Organize and supervise installation crews while maintaining schedules and installation standards. Coordinate with contractors, electricians, IT staff, and other trades. Resolve field issues and adapt installation plans as site conditions change. Communicate project progress, schedule changes, and field challenges to the Systems Engineer. Installation & Technical Integration Install low-voltage infrastructure for professional audio, video, lighting, and IT systems. Pull, label, terminate, and test production cabling in accordance with Hope standards and applicable codes. Install production equipment including racks, displays, loudspeakers, cameras, lighting systems, and related infrastructure. Perform installations independently or lead crews as project size requires. Project Preparation & Documentation Coordinate project materials, equipment, and tools before installations begin. Maintain installation standards across all Hope campuses. Document completed installations including labeling, cable records, and as-built documentation. Maintain accurate project records and communicate status updates. Department Support Support the Systems Engineer with production system upgrades, maintenance projects, and technical initiatives. Assist with production support and major campus events as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of Hope's ministries and mission. Skills, Education, and Experience Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead installation crews and technical projects. Working knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, and low-voltage installation practices. Ability to read construction drawings and system documentation. Knowledge of applicable low-voltage codes and installation standards. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between campuses.
