The following list contains some key responsibilities; additional work may be assigned by your manager. Follow relevant work instructions and customer standards. Accurately records time on jobs and documents. Complete paperwork accurately and on a timely basis. Process customer work orders. Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear. Work with customers to ensure quality and safety concerns. Read, interpret, and compose work orders, pull/set reports, and other designated paperwork. Oversees daily work, and assign duties to subordinate employees. Review completed work to ensure it is up to company standards. Key skills Self-motivated, level-headed, and strong leadership skills. Ability to foster good employee/employer relations. Requires attention to detail, multitasking, organizational skills, and basic computer skills. Ability to manage time and, communicate effectively. Exhibits strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50lbs and adequately carry out a range of physical labor. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, dedication, will be a team player, and must be able to communicate clearly in English.
