Job Description

Weiser Care of Cascadia is looking to fill a leadership position as a Dietary Manager, this individual will lead a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional dining experiences for residents who call our facility home. What We're Looking For Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred; certification required within an agreed-upon timeframe if not currently certified. Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, healthcare food service, or a related setting preferred. Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing dietary services in skilled nursing facilities. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, therapeutic diets, and nutrition services. Experience managing budgets, inventory, food purchasing, and vendor relationships. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Ability to foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Food Protection Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required or ability to obtain upon hire. Why Weiser Care of Cascadia?
