2nd Shift Production Supervisor Bauderer Packaging Addison, IL Job Details Full-time From $28 an hour 8 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Manufacturing management Sanitation Shift management GMP Process management Full Job Description Responsible for the end to end production process for specific production lines. Ensures line set ups are ready for production (Checkweighers, X-Ray systems, date coders, case coders, etc..) in accordance with QA specifications. Ensures that all finished goods meet or exceed quality specifications. Ensures all materials, WIP, and finished goods are accurately entered into Pack Manager (Inventory System). Responsible for accurately recording scrap rates, reconciling discrepancies and tracking work orders in Pack Manager. Responsible for having proper headcount on the production lines. Ensures all line staff receive proper training. Ensures that all line staff adhere to the company GMP policy. Coordinates with maintenance during mechanical failures. Coordinates with the production managers regarding scheduling, sanitation and line set ups. Prepares pallet tags, labels and any other information necessary for finished goods. Enters finished goods into Pack Manager. Records all relevant production information and reports it to the production manager daily. Other duties as assigned by management. Ex (Safety Coordinator)
