Pack Line Team Lead

Description:

Oversee packaging operations for custom point-of-purchase (POP) displays and fabricated components. This role ensures orders are packed accurately, safely, and shipped on time while leading a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lead daily pack line operations and support team members Ensure all products are packaged to customer specs (kitting, labeling, protection) Coordinate workflow between assembly, fabrication, and shipping Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time shipments Troubleshoot packaging or material issues Train new employees and reinforce safety and quality standards

Requirements:

2+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly preferred Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred Experience with custom or made-to-order products is a plus Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and job specs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Lift up to 50 lbs Stand and move throughout shift Work in a production environment with standard PPE
