Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a food manufacturing environment. The role is focused on meeting production targets while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and food safety compliance. The Production Supervisor will coach and develop production teams, implement Lean and continuous improvement practices, and ensure HACCP standards and regulatory requirements are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a production team in a fast-paced environmentKeep production running safely, efficiently, and on scheduleEnsure quality and food safety standards are metReduce waste and improve processesPartner with warehouse and fulfillment teams to get orders out on timeQualifications3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, food processing, food packaging, beverage production, or related industries.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, USDA, and FDA regulations.
