Manage daily staffing, including call-ins, vacation coverage, and overtime requirements.
Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
Utilize MRP systems to support production scheduling and workflow.
Participate in Layered Process Audits (LPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and develop production employees while fostering a positive team environment.
Collaborate with management to achieve production, quality, and operational goals.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, 80/20, and continuous improvement programs.
Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and troubleshooting.
Experience with
Familiarity with MRP systems and production scheduling.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.10+ years of experience in the injection molding industry.Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and troubleshooting.
Experience with
ISO 9001
quality standards.Familiarity with MRP systems and production scheduling.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
