Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support production employees Manage daily schedules and staffing to meet production goals Monitor workflow and resolve bottlenecks Ensure quality standards and process compliance Promote a strong safety culture and lead daily safety talks Drive continuous improvement (6S, Kaizen, efficiency gains) Partner with Engineering & Quality teams to solve issues Track and report production metrics and KPIs Qualifications 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with production scheduling and KPIs Familiarity with Lean manufacturing (5S/6S, Kaizen) Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Associate or bachelor's degree Experience with ISO 9001 or regulated environments
