  • Bilingual Production Line Lead
  • Elgin, IL:
  • Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Production Line Lead jobs in Elgin, IL. As a Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals. Weekly pay starting at $22
  • $24/hr.
  • Requirements:
  • + Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish + Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams + Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities + Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience
  • Responsibilities
  • + Track daily attendance + Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.
+ Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards. + Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals. + Responsible for keeping accountability of the line production including checking the materials as arrive and returning what is left over. + Responsible for filling the line labor summary sheets with each production order as requested. + Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.
