Job Description
Hiring for 2nd Shift Bilingual Supervisor
- Bilingual Required
- We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Production Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
- Salary is based on experience. Starting Range is $70,000.00
- $75,000.00, plus bonus
- Extra monthly and quarterly bonuses based on KPI.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Place production orders from customers Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields Knowledge of production tools and equipment Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to lift up to 75lbsJob Type:
