- Opportunity to lead production teams and drive operational performance Job Description We are seeking a Plant Superintendent to oversee daily production operations within a precast concrete manufacturing environment.
- Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved
- Coordinate with plant leadership and scheduling teams to align production output with project timelines and customer demands
- Guide and mentor production personnel, creating a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Monitor material usage, finished product inventory, and equipment utilization to maintain operational efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete manufacturing or a related construction materials industry
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
