Job description Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. is a consumer product goods company who manufactures Roll Your Own Tobacco, Pipe Tobacco, E-cigarette and Filter Cigars. The Company also is a importer of other Roll Your Own Products. 1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; 2. Ensure planned efficiency and performance are met or exceeded. 3. Ensuring that the production is cost effective; 4. Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure. 5. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; 6. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs; 7. Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices. 8. Planning skill, Leadership skills, Computer skills, proficient with MS Office., Attention to detail 9. Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization. 10. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals; 11. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed; 12. Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business's objectives. 13. Supervising and motivating a team of workers; 14. Reviewing the performance of subordinates; 15. Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned hours 16. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget 17. Ability to create and manage production budgets 18. Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals. 19. Working out the human and material resources needed; 22. Drafting a timescale for the job; 23. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards; 24. Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives. 25. Coordinate receiving of raw materials and shipping of completed goods 26. Track production scheduling and costs, make any on the fly adjustments to the process 27. Strong work ethic, curious mind and excellent organizational skills. 28. Maintain accurate production records 29. Identify opportunities to control and to cut costs 30. Implement systems of production tracking and quality control 31. Identify training needs.
