Job Description
Supervise Passenger Tire Builders, Truckers, Setup Technicians, Precure Prep, TRU, and Check Tire Clerks insuring a high level of quality, efficiency, and safety is achieved. Responsible for scheduling builder machine alignment.
Recording builder attendance and builder related defects.
Monitor quality, safety, productivity and housekeeping.
Responsible for coordinating schedule changes.
Conduct safety talks at the beginning of each shift.
Enforce plant policies, and if necessary, conduct disciplinary actions as directed by policy.
Perform necessary paperwork and reporting, and ensure accuracy and neatness.
Schedule and coordinate build-outs.
Schedule and coordinate start-ups.
Ensure all departmental bulletin boards are kept current.
Check tire follow-up.
Perform other duties as directed by the Lead Supervisor or Department Manager.
Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

Previous manufacturing supervision experience.Tire Room experience
Environment:
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes. New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided. The starting annual salary for this role is $70,664 a year.
