What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. What Are We Looking For Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high performance, safety-driven teams. Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions. Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments. Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity. Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and efficiency. Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth. Hands-on role requiring physical activity and attention to detail.
