A Production Shift Supervisor oversees employees working on multiple production lines. Assigns tasks and adjusts workloads to meet production goals, schedules and monitors training and assess progress of the employees, monitors production quality and uses leadership skills to solve problems with employees.

About the Role The Bilingual Spanish/English - 3 rd Shift Manufacturing Production Supervisor, leads recycle operations while setting the standard for culture, safety, productivity, and people development . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing teams, driving accountability, and creating a workplace employees are proud to be part of. Success in this role is measured by safe production, engaged employees, and reduced turnover .
