Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Manage production operations including personnel Ensure production targets are being reached while maintaining quality and safety standards Ensure accurate raw materials are available in order to meet production schedule Utilize problem solving techniques to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence Coordinate with shipping to make sure all timelines are being met according to customer expectations Support maintenance on equipment issues and preventative maintenance procedures Requirements include: Manufacturing Experience Supervisory Experience Proven Leadership Skills Computer skills including Microsoft Office Training and experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Continuous Improvement Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts
