We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the production work process including; training, order fulfillment, process troubleshooting, and managing operations staff to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in extrusion process knowledge, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and leadership experience. Duties Uphold safety behaviors and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Supervise daily operations ensuring timely completion of production. Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and correct process deviations. Using interfaces for both maintenance and operations processes to direct production. Coordinate hiring and training of new operators/supervisors. Coordinate and work with maintenance team for PM and work order completion. Provide hands-on support to the manufacturing team as necessary. Complete quality testing for incoming and outgoing raw materials. Qualifications Background in extrusion processing and troubleshooting. 5+ years' experience. Experience in leadership roles. Understanding of maintenance and operations work processes Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks. Strong organizational skills
