3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Overseeing the manufacturing processes and procedures in factory production operations to ensure the company meets published objectives Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor, Lead by example Overseeing employees to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed Ensuring that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently Follow process books 100% Ensure all production associates are trained to company standards The ability to read, understand and follow directions Assist in all aspects of new customer and company launches The ability to have a cooperative working relationship with management team and all co-workers Make sure all work areas have proper documentation for process requirements to be fulfilled Maintain the proper inventory levels through measuring, weighing and counting products Minimum of Associates degree and/or 5 years manufacturing supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs Speak, read and write in English Bilingual helpful Work overtime as customer needs change Work in a fast paces environment. Must have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
