Diagnose, evaluate, and repair major components on heavy-duty trucks and specialized equipment Perform DOT inspections and advanced preventive maintenance Execute complex electronic repairs and in-depth engine diagnostics Maintain high quality standards while following all safety protocols Document detailed repair processes and communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership What You Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) 5+ years of diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physically demanding work and handle heavy components Preferred Multiple ASE certifications Manufacturer-specific certifications Experience with advanced electronic diagnostic systems What Sets You Apart Can-do mindset
